Job Description
Join PSO in Manila as a Payroll Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accurate statutory deductions, and generating payroll-related reports. You will assist HR with employee queries on payroll matters, manage statutory benefits reporting, and participate in internal and external audits.
We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3 years of payroll and accounting experience. Knowledge of the Sprout Payroll system and a CPA certification is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of local taxation is required.
