Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative at SAPIENT BPO SOLUTIONS in QC Cubao. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who is fluent in both Spanish and English to provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with product information through various channels. A minimum of 2 years experience in a Spanish-speaking environment is required.
We offer a competitive salary between Php100,00.00 – Php130,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for promotion.
