Job Description
TeleCaldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Encoders. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their concerns via phone and written correspondence. Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer issues promptly, aligning customer needs with our solutions, and effectively communicating information within the team.
