Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated candidates to join our team as a Hotel Reservation Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence regarding their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact, if possible.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer approval.
- Provide specific information to both internal and external clients.
