Job Description
Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is currently looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support and maintenance within our organization’s desktop computing environment.
- Your role will involve installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment, including PC, terminals, printers, and scanners, to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- You will troubleshoot IT problem areas in a timely and accurate manner, using various channels such as in-person, telephone, or remote access, and provide end-user assistance when required.
