Job Description
- Knowledgeable in Windows operating systems
- Knowledge in OS other than Windows is a plus but not required
- Skilled in software, hardware, and network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Moderate interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Moderate organizational skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience specialized in Technical Support/IT
- Able to work with minimal supervision
