Job Description
Join our team at Alphaland Balesin Island Club as a Front Office Agent! You will be the first point of contact for all members and guests visiting the island. Your responsibilities include assisting with check-ins and check-outs of villas and rooms, handling account folios, and managing occupancy and room revenue reports.
Essential skills include excellent customer service, strong communication abilities, multitasking, and being computer literate. A degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
This is a full-time position with benefits like health and life insurance, plus a 13th-month salary. Applicants must be willing to relocate.
