Job Description
Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified Benefits Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee services.
Key responsibilities include managing offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and handling payroll regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software are essential.
This is a fixed-term position for fresh graduates, with a contract length of 5 months and an 8-hour shift schedule.
