Job Description
Kumon Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Recruitment and Staff Welfare Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, employee engagement activities, and maintain the headcount database.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field, with relevant recruitment experience. Familiarity with recruiting software and social networks is essential. A Registered Psychometrician certification is a plus.
