Job Description
Join SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati as a Customer Support Representative! We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, including high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates. Availability to start ASAP and willingness to work on-site with a flexible shift schedule are essential.
Your role will include managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with orders, and resolving complaints professionally. This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly pay range of Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00, with benefits such as health and life insurance, company events, and opportunities for promotion.
