Job Description
WAGMI Solutions is seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for customer interaction, after-sales support, and sales generation. Your duties will include processing orders, resolving complaints, and building lasting B2B relationships. Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, possess strong communication skills, and are detail-oriented. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
