Job Description
*Handle all facets of human resources in the plant including but not limited to hiring and firing, training and development, labor/employee relations, employee satisfaction, labor compliance & performance evaluation.
*Directly reporting to the President and Plant Operations Consultant.
*Directly collaborate with Corporate HR to align compliance with the processes and procedures.
*Create/draft new policies needed for plant operations. Review and update existing policy when needed.
*Ensure 100% labor compliance and zero (0) labor cases.
*Attend to employee grievances/disputes and address issues accordingly.
*Manage and monitor performance of manpower service providers.
*Handle and prepare ISO certificate requirements for annual audit.
*Implement company policies and procedures accordingly. Address critical issues with Corp. HR and with the Management.
*Monitor performance review for probationary employees and annual performance review for regular employees in coordination with department heads/managers.
*Address and manage plant issues related to admin and human resources accordingly.
*Conduct training needs analysis and recommend training programs for plant personnel in coordination with Corp. HR.
*Discuss manpower needs with department heads and ensure deployment of approved manpower request on a timely manner.
*Monitor and develop program for employee engagement and satisfaction.
*Handle ISO certification and compliance in coordination with other departments.
*Preparation of documents for audit requirements.
*Execute corporate events with alignment with Corporate HR.

Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
