Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Area Supervisor to join our team at OPPO Philippines (MZTC HQ). Your role will encompass client servicing, acquisition, and management. You will be responsible for building sales by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include monitoring promoters’ uniforms, enforcing the one look policy, managing tardiness, and creating effective programs to meet targets. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with preference for candidates aged 23-35. Strong leadership skills and a willingness to engage in fieldwork are essential.
