Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our dynamic team at CaldwellCom – North. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolving customer issues on the first contact.
- Matching customer needs with our products and services.
- Using persuasion skills to handle objections.
- Sharing insights with both internal and external clients.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
