Job Description
Our client, K2 Staffing, LLC, is a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) in the United States, seeking an experienced offshore/Remote IT Helpdesk Support Level II. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Windows 10 workstations, Windows 2016 & 2019 servers, networking, and relevant hardware/software.
Responsibilities include assisting end-users, troubleshooting Windows Desktop and Server issues, monitoring alert systems, new user onboarding, and network installations. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in similar IT roles and have worked with MSPs. Proficiency in RMM and PSA software, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills, are essential.
