Job Description
Cuatrix Consulting Services Company Limited is seeking a professional Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will maintain confidentiality, organize communications, and provide essential administrative support to our executive team. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and welcoming visitors. Excellent organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication are a must.
Requirements and Skills:
- 1+ year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong MS Office skills
- Outstanding time management capabilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- College degree is required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 monthly
