Job Description
Amici Mercantile Inc. is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer to perform local procurement duties, from purchase order entry to post entry. The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with vendors, monitor pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.
Duties Include:
- Monitoring pending purchases.
- Updating stakeholders on order statuses.
- Coordinating with warehouses for delivery.
- Negotiating shipping schedules.
- Coordinating with accounting for payments.
- Maintaining procurement records.
Qualifications: Graduate of any course, preferably technical, with at least 1-year procurement experience and strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: 8-hour shift
