Job Description
Orient Freight International Inc. is seeking a dedicated Import Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking new bookings via the VMS system, updating shipping details, confirming bookings, and coordinating with the CFS and Transport team for consolidated shipments.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month, alongside enticing benefits such as health and life insurance, additional leave, Christmas gifts, and opportunities for promotion.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and ideally have at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Proficiency in English is preferred.
