Job Description
FTC GROUP OF COMPANIES CORP is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to remain calm under pressure.
Key responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays is essential.
This is a full-time position suitable for fresh graduates. Experience as a Customer Care Specialist is preferred.
