Job Description
Open for FRESH GRADUATES
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Type in data quickly and efficiently.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
- Provide occasional administrative support.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications:
- Open for FRESH GRADUATES
- Must have STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION and PERSONAL LAPTOP/DESKTOP (hybrid work setup)
- Fast typing skills
- Great attention to detail
- Willing to report onsite (West Avenue, Quezon City)
- Graduate of ANY Bachelor’s or Vocational Degree/Diploma
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Experience as a Data Entry Clerk is an advantage but not required
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
End-to-end recruitment process will be done online via MS Teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,860.00 per month
