Job Description
Schedule: Day shift
Work Setup: Onsite (5 days work, 2 days off)
Location: Mandaluyong, Greenfield
Salary: Php 16,500 + performance bonus & PAID OT
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or college level
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in document screening, validation, and encoding
- Proficient in process optimization
- Familiar with MS Office/Google Suites
Responsibilities:
- Validate driver applicant requirements
- Encode onboarding application
- Assist in Certificate of Public Convenience applications
- Check TNVS documents
