Job Description
We at Addmore Outsourcing Inc. are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in joinery, interior fit-out, and FF&E. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, and Excel, with an immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare project budgets, conduct quantity take-offs, collaborate with teams for cost control, utilize project management software, and provide procurement advice.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, 7+ years of experience, advanced proficiency in relevant software, and strong analytical skills.
