Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking talented candidates to join our team as a Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will communicate with customers via chat to address their concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through chat to understand and resolve their concerns.
- Provide prompt solutions without transferring the chat whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs with our products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to address objections and secure customer buy-in.
