Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Analyst 2-Support (SuiteBuilder) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our SuiteBuilder platform. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may be facing.
As a Technical Analyst 2-Support (SuiteBuilder), your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing prompt technical support.
- Analyzing and diagnosing software issues, and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborating with the development team to communicate any bugs or system improvements.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for future reference.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients on our SuiteBuilder platform.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail. Additionally, you should have good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
