Job Description
AC Motors – An Ayala Company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Non-Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Non-Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for providing non-technical training to all dealer service advisors and support staff, based on Bosch standards, to ensure premium quality service.
Job Functions:
- Prepare a year-round training program and share it with all dealers.
- Conduct continuous study of Volkswagen standards and incorporate them into the training.
- Deliver training to Service Advisors, Job Control, Service Admin, and other support staff prior to the opening of new dealers.
- Conduct regular training sessions for all non-technical personnel at the dealerships.
- Monitor training achievements for each dealer.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and integrate it into the training program.
- Review and study customer feedback and repeat repair reports to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and administer the Volkswagen Training online (VTO) platform.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a Professional Driver’s License.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
