Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AMA Educational Systems Holdings Inc. In this role, you will manage various administrative duties such as handling phone inquiries, processing student enrollments, and maintaining our campus’s facilities.

Your responsibilities will include managing the branch CRM, overseeing social media accounts, and coordinating with regulators for student records. Additionally, you will assist in the promotion of student activities and ensure timely processing of payments.

The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with supervisory experience in sales and possesses excellent communication skills.
