Job Description
- Supervise and oversee the security team’s daily activities.
- Ensure the security team implements company policies and procedures.
- Regularly inspect and monitor the security equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Investigate security incidents and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement when needed.
- Train and educate security personnel on emergency preparedness and response.
- Attend meetings with upper management to discuss security-related issues.
- Regularly review and update security protocols to ensure effectiveness.
