Job Description
OrbitOfficials is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Travel Assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide accurate solutions.
- Familiarize yourself with company products and services to effectively address customer requests.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- Aged 18 years and above.
- Basic knowledge of English is required.
- At least a high school graduate.
Nice to have: Previous customer service experience in a call center.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php26,00.00 per month
