Job Description
PRIMOVER CONSULTANCY SERVICES INC. is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and Data Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze data from various sources for L&D monitoring.
- Prepare monthly reports including Learning Hours and budget utilization.
- Support delivery of leadership and competency programs.
Job Type: Fixed term (12 months)
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
