Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Staff member for Zenshin Systems Corporation to act as a single point of contact for our clients and sales team. Responsibilities include handling service requests, ticket creation and tracking, equipment monitoring, warranty coordination, and managing defective item returns.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php 16,770.00 with a 10-hour shift and supplemental pay, including a 13th-month salary.
