Job Description
Join ZUS Coffee Philippines as an Outlet Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages customers to recommend our shop to their friends. Your leadership will ensure exceptional service extends to employees and suppliers alike.
You will inspire and guide our team through effective onboarding and training, while overseeing ordering, supplies, and inventory to maintain profitability. Adherence to food safety regulations is essential as you manage schedules, recruitment, and cash handling.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
