MindSync Business Solutions is seeking a dedicated Billing and Collection Specialist to manage billing processes and ensure timely collection of payments for a 6-month project. This role demands strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and maintain billing accuracy.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
- Provide exceptional customer support regarding billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred.
- 3+ years experience in billing and collections.
