Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as a Hotel Reservation Specialist! We are looking for candidates with good English communication skills who are ready to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Highschool, College undergraduates, Vocational graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to start ASAP and work on-site with a shifting schedule.
- Full-time availability is required.
Job Overview: You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns related to products and services.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month, with additional benefits including health insurance and paid training.
