Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION
The Optician grinds eyeglass lenses to prescription specifications and assembles them in frames. Responsibilities include examining broken lenses and performing minor frame repairs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare lens patterns according to frame specifications.
- Check lens grade and axis against job order specifications.
- Plot and verify lens layout based on pupillary distance (PD).
- Cut prescribed lens layouts and provide necessary accessories.
- Repair and adjust frames as needed.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and machines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
