Job Description
We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Sphere Rocket VA. The ideal candidate will review contracts and addendums, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and error-free documents. You will manage transaction platforms like Dotloop and Brivity, facilitating communication with buyers, agents, and other parties.
Experience in a similar role, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in Dotloop are required. Familiarity with G Suite and Brivity CRM is a plus.
