Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues for swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
- Stay informed on company policies and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent; college undergraduates are welcome.
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month with an 8-hour shift schedule.
