Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Associate for our Pag-IBIG Liaison team at AboitizLand, Inc. This role involves monitoring the conversion compliance of accounts, ensuring timely title submission, and supporting the collection of retention. You will also assist the Liaison Officer in processing vecino loan applications to collect the TAKEOUT balance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Accountancy or related course
- 1-year experience in accounting/finance or customer service
- Familiarity with real estate and loan takeout transactions
- Proficient in accounting system/software (SAP)
- Knowledge of Pag-IBIG loan transactions
- Systematic, organized, detail-oriented
