Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Encoder to join our dynamic publishing team. The ideal candidate will accurately enter, format, and encode various documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encode and format documents into specified digital formats.
- Review encoded documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with editors and authors on formatting requirements.
Qualifications:
- College graduate or equivalent; experience in document encoding preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and document formatting software.
- Typing speed: 60 words per minute preferred.
