Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO MAKATI as an Online Support Assistant. Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues for customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate with good communication skills. A minimum of 6 months BPO experience is required; however, college graduates without BPO experience will also be considered.
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from 18,00 PHP to 27,00 PHP per month, with HMO, paid leaves, and government-mandated benefits.
Job Type: Full-time positions with day and night shifts available, Monday to Friday.
