Job Description
Job Summary:
The Operations Lead at Activation Machine Inc is responsible for overseeing national operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements set by clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing activities based on approved operational guidelines.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database.
- Creating presentations for distributors and client representatives.
- Recommending innovative promotions and merchandising programs.
- Submitting timely and complete operational reports.
- Building strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Coordinating trade-related promotions with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 per month
Benefits include health insurance, additional leave, and opportunities for promotion.
