Job Description
Join our team at Remilly’s Yema Cake as a Branch Manager! In this role, you will oversee salespeople, cashiers, and shelf stockers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include maintaining records of expenditures and sales figures, evaluating stock availability and profit margins, and implementing measures to prevent stock losses.
You will be responsible for addressing customer feedback, motivating your team to meet targets, and training new staff. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with demonstrable supervisory experience. 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
