Job Description
PM Consulting is seeking a Tenant and Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration and possess at least 3 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in mall management, retail, or hotel industries.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer service training focused on Japanese hospitality, overseeing tenant relations, and ensuring exceptional service standards. Strong interpersonal skills and a basic understanding of Japanese language and culture are essential.
This is a full-time position based at Bonifacio Global City, with a salary range of Php50,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month.
