Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that products meet or exceed established quality standards.
- Conducting regular inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Identifying and addressing any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Maintaining detailed records of raw materials consumed and the number of finished goods ready to deliver.
- Documenting any non-conformities and reporting them to relevant departments for corrective actions.
- Ensuring that the products comply with quality standards and industry specifications.
- Analyzing data to identify trends or areas for improvement in production.
- Evaluating and monitoring the quality of materials and components supplied by suppliers and maintaining relationships with reliable and high-quality suppliers.
- Providing training to production staff on quality standards, processes, and the importance of quality control.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints or returns of products and other quality issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: QA: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Davao City (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Davao City – Relocate before starting work (Required)
