Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Non-Voice Data Encoders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer inquiries on the initial contact to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Match customers’ needs with our products and services.
- Use effective techniques to achieve customer buy-in and overcome objections.
- Share vital information with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Senior High School graduate.
- English proficiency is a plus.
Competitive salary of Php23,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month and various benefits await the right candidate.
