Job Description
At APL Logistics, we are seeking a dedicated Process Expert to join our GBS Finance Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely check/wire transfer applications, as well as resolving application disputes promptly to prevent collection delays. You will work closely with both customers and the collections team to ensure that unapplied cash issues are addressed within 48 hours. This role is essential for maintaining efficient financial operations and customer satisfaction.
