Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join Systemantech INC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues related to hardware and software, supporting user needs for various devices, and ensuring timely resolution of requests.
Qualifications:
– Graduate of a 4-year computer course
– 6 months experience in desktop support is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome
– Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Location: Palayan, Nueva Ecija
Salary: Php 15,00.00 – Php 16,00.00 per month
