Job Description
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably an Allied Medical Course.
Experience: Not required, but call center or HMO experience is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate review of claims documents for processing.
- Check completeness of received claims documents.
- Review and match endorsed documents against actual encoded data.
- Handle inquiries from clients, members, and agents, including complaints.
- Undertake administrative responsibilities for proper filing of claims documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh Graduate
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
