Job Description

Location: UPTH Commonwealth, Quezon City, Philippines

Collective Solution is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance customer interactions by addressing inquiries and coordinating with dispatch teams. This onsite project-based role involves responding to customers with professionalism and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications include at least 6 months of BPO customer service experience and strong communication skills. Candidates must be able to work in a team-oriented environment under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php19,00.00 to Php27,00.00 per month, along with various benefits.
