Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Back Office Representatives.
As part of your role, you will:
- Communicate directly with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer concerns on the first contact.
- Assist customers by matching their demands with our services.
- Utilize your negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Share important information with both internal and external clients.
