Job Description
TeleCaldwell Communications is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Encoders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues effectively on the first contact without transferring calls.
- Match customer demands with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize recovery and influencing techniques to overcome objections.
- Share information with clients and colleagues to enhance understanding.
Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
